love this piece of music; most commonly found in the jam between ccs and rider. i know that it was found sometimes in dark star c.70-71. i have a few questions regarding this jam (feel free to answer all or none):
what are some of the best versions of this jam, regardless of the song it is in (dates and songs would be helpful)?
why on dp12 is this piece of music labelled as mud love buddy jam? i have also heard it referred to as the mlb jam but i think that is clearly a mistake.
anyhow thanks im gonna go play something...

2mitty,

You seem to have the two different jams confused...

Besides Tigerbolts Picks (Tigerbolts selections are ALWAYS right-on!), try Dicks Picks #2 for another jazzy and beautiful Feelin' Groovy Jam!

In the meantime, this excellent Fillmore show contains a Dancin' in the Streets, complete with a jazzy and mind bending Feelin' Groovy Jam!

Anyone know a MLB better than Dicks Picks #19 (10/19/74)?

and the FGJ chords in Paul Simon's song are the ones in the China>rider segue

anyways, I love either of the jams :D

they did a jam in 11-02-69 family dog that is pretty damn gnarly. it's in the dark star. Great dark star that one is

just incase anyone is keepin' score at home, the 10/19 mlb you so rightfully propped was '73, not '74. my vote goes to THE JAM! love! love! love! 6/28/74' s january laced molasses slow drip more than words can tell.
